Over the last 50 years not much has changed in the beer industry as it relates to improving the beer pour. When a bartender pours a beer using the conventional faucet knob connected to a brass lever, the amount of force needed to pour a beer will depend on the height of the faucet knob. The longer the faucet knob, the more force is applied to the faucet level which, over time, will either break the faucet lever or the faucet knob. QUICKPOUR eliminates the issue by using a stainless steel lever in a self closing faucet and installing a stainless steel lever under the faucet to absorb the force required to pour a cup of draft beer.
